End User License Agreement (EULA)

Overview
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (individual or entity) and Chen Junkai (“I” or “the Developer”) regarding the use of the Capslox software and website (“Service”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service.
License Grant
I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable single-user license to use the Capslox software and website under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- Copy, distribute, or modify the Service;
- Use the Service to disseminate malware, viruses, or any harmful code;
- Access or interfere with other users' accounts, services, or networks without authorization;
- Lease, rent, or resell the Service.
User Rights and Obligations
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service. Users have the right to:
- Access and use specific features of the Service;
- Obtain support and assistance.
User Obligations
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information;
- Not abusing any features of the Service;
- Protecting their account information and passwords from unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to me. Without my prior written consent, you may not use my trademarks, logos, or other protected content. Using the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to any intellectual property related to the Service.
Warranty and Liability Limitation
The Service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties of suitability, reliability, availability, accuracy, or completeness. I shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
If you violate any terms of this Agreement, I have the right to immediately terminate your license. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and delete all related copies. The provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitation, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in my location for resolution.
Miscellaneous
I reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will take effect upon publication, and your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
